On February 21, 2005, Rusty Palmer, Inc. and Rusty's Café burnt to the ground in a devastating fire.  The entire building along with all the contents were destroyed.  In a tragedy like this, most dealers would throw in the towel, but we are not most dealers.  "It's just another bump in the road that we need to overcome.  We will build a new state-of-the-art building that is bigger and better," says Rusty Palmer.

Just one week after the fire, Rusty purchased the former Tri State Sports Center for a temporary location to run his business. At this location a few major renovations were made to accommodate the wide variety of machines and accessories and now we are fully functional.

As soon as things settled down at the temporary location, the plans for the new building began.  It took a lot of calculating and recalculating to get the building just right.  What Rusty came up with is a one hundred twenty foot by four hundred foot three story superstructure.  This one hundred twenty thousand square foot building will have everything under one roof.  Once again Rusty Palmer, Inc. and Rusty's Café will be reunited to be your one-stop powersports authority.

The project is coming along very well and the structure will be up soon.
